Many companies are making the move to Windows 7. In large part this is happening because using older operating system, like XP, 2000 Professional or Windows 98, is now really old.   • Installing or virtualizing applications. Microsoft has made tremendous efforts to add application compatibility support within Windows 7; however, you must test and possibly convert some of your applications before moving them to the new OS.
